New dwelling behind an existing boundary wall. Face brick and off-shutter concrete; hardwood windows, solar water heating.

Furniture maker's workshop and showroom near the river bank. Raised slab, timber cladding, north-facing sawtooth roof for natural light.

Library and community rooms for the municipality. Brick plinth, timber upper storey, reading garden to the north.
