Your clipboard was never meant for a job site.
Relay is a pocket-sized field recorder that captures readings, photos, and voice notes — then syncs to your ops dashboard when you are back in coverage. Built for ZESA field crews, municipal water teams, and inspection contractors who still lose half a day to paperwork.
The problem
Technicians write readings on paper, photograph meters with personal phones, and text supervisors numbers that never reach the work order. Office staff re-type everything. Relay keeps one record tied to the job ID from the truck.
What it does
- Rugged enclosure, IP67, −20°C to 55°C operating range
- Barcode and NFC tag scanning for asset lookup
- Offline-first storage — syncs over LTE or Wi‑Fi at depot
- Dashboard export to CSV or webhook to your CMMS
Compared to what you use now
| Clipboard | Relay | |
|---|---|---|
| Works offline | Yes | Yes |
| Searchable history | No | Yes |
| Photo tied to asset | Rarely | Automatic |
| Re-entry in office | Always | None |

Questions
Does Relay replace our CMMS?
No. Relay feeds data into systems you already use — ServiceTitan, Fiix, or a spreadsheet if that's where you are today.
What does it cost?
Pilot pricing is shared on the waitlist. Expect hardware plus a monthly sync fee per active device — no per-seat tax.
Who is this not for?
Desk-only teams, one-off residential jobs without repeat assets, or orgs that need full ERP in the field.
